The Partner Procurement team at MorphoTrust USA is tasked with marketing to potential partners and assisting them in the onboarding process. For this project, I was tasked with streamlining the process and designing email templates. This helped to create a better experience for both the team and partners and also increased end user retention and engagement.
The project entailed gathering all the current emails sent by the team and condensing them into 7 steps, designing the email layouts, and coding them in a way that the team can easily email them from Outlook and change any copy if needed.
Due to the nature of the business and contract restrictions, I am only able to display a portion of the introduction email.
